Put The "Fit" In Fitness!

I think physical education should be mandatory for all students! If we get a physical education regularly starting at an early age, we seem to be more active compared to those who do not have P.E. very often. Those who exercise and get active for at least 60 minutes a day tend to eat healthier diets, stay at a healthy weight, and compete in more sports or physical activities. Those who do not regularly get a spike in their heartbeat due to physical activities such as running, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers, or any strenuous activity at all, tend to be overweight with bad health. Physical education keeps children fit, occupied, out of trouble, and healthy. Those who get a regular workout tend to live a healthier, more active life. When people get older and age, their physical habits will show. If a heavy-set old man has a hard time walking long distances, it is more often than not that he had bad exercising habits and a poor diet. Most professional athletes had fun and enjoyed their P.E. classes so much, that they took up a career in a physical field, and even after retiring, they still exercise daily and maintain a healthy diet, resulting in a healthy lifestyle.
